An important element of the EURO 2012 investment programme is the expansion and modernisation of the road network in Poznań.

In the next few years in Poznań there will be expanded several dozen kilometres of roads connecting the stadium with the airport and the A2 motorway.
Soon the works on the reconstruction of ul. Głogowska will be completed. This street connects the exit from Poznań in the south direction (towards Wrocław) with the A2 motorway which links the Polish-German border with Poznań and Warsaw. The whole investment – financed to a large extent from the European Union budget – will be completed at the turn of the years 2008 and 2009.
