At the construction site of the city stadium which will be one of the venues of EURO 2012 there appeared several cranes, including the largest rail one.

This means the commencement of construction works on the highest level of one of the stands. The construction of this stand should be finished after the summer holidays.
In the summer there will start the demolition of the other two old stands. It is the biggest and most difficult stage of the modernisation of the Poznań stadium. The construction works will last till the middle of 2010.
