Government to finance the construction of stadiums In Warsaw, representatives of Euro 2012 host cities met with Poland's Prime Minister, Donald Tusk.
During the meeting, four mock-ups were presented: of the National Stadium in Warsaw, the Municipal Stadium in Poznan, the Baltic Arena in Gdansk and the Stadium in Wroclaw. A schedule for the design and construction works was also presented.
The Prime Minister made a statement about the decision concerning a governmental subsidy for the construction of stadiums in Poznan, Wroclaw and Gdansk. The government will cover about 33% of the construction costs of each of these buildings.  For Poznan, this means that the subsidy will amount to PLN 110 million (about €30 million).
