The Polish football national team advanced to the next year's European Championship which will be hosted at the pitches of Austria and Switzerland. Poland came first in its qualification group, leaving behind, for example, Portugal and Serbia.
Till June of the next year the Polish team will now play several friendly games. It is almost certain that in one of the matches the opponent will be the titled national team of Argentina. Unofficially, this match is to take place at the Poznań city stadium.
