The Polish team has won the International Handball Tournament held in Poznań and two other cities in Wielkopolskie voivodeship.

Poland beat Denmark, Hungary and Estonia. The organizers say that next year, the best European handball teams will take part in the tournament. The Polish reserve team participated in the tournament in Wielkopolska, while the first team competed for the World Cup. It won in the final, beating Sweden.
