Pocztowiec Poznań won the Polish Field Hockey Championship and defended its title of Polish Champion.

In the finals Pocztowiec defeated its eternal rival Grunwald Poznań. Three final meetings were needed to select the winner. One of them ended with penalty shots.    
Both teams that played in the final will represent Poland in the Champions League in Field Hockey in  the new season.
