Only few weeks left to the 12th Poznan Marathon. It has been revealed that an attractive prize is provided for the winner. The contestant who will complete the marathon in less than 2hrs and 5mins. is going to become the owner of a fancy Volvo V60.
Anybody willing to run in the marathon can register on www.marathon.poznan.pl until 9 October 2011, at the latest. The marathon starts on 16 October 2011. The definite marathon route will soon be made public. Due to the fact that many streets in the downtown area are undergoing renovations for the 2012 European Football Championship, the route needs to be altered. The organizers together with the Police and the city authorities are completing talks concerning a new route of the Poznań marathon. |
