| Decision on EURO 2012 in April |

The final decision pertaining to the choice of the host of the EURO 2012 will be taken on April 18.
 This was the official announcement made by Lars-Christer Olsson, the Executive Director of the UEFA, in his letter to the Offers’ Executive Committees.The final competitors fighting over the right to organize the EURO 2012 include: Italy, Croatia, Hungry and Poland with the Ukraine. The meeting of the Executive Committee of the UEFA relating to the decision on the host of the Europe Cup will be held for two days. On the first day, the final competitors will present their cities in front of the members of the Executive Committee of the UEFA. Next day the members will vote and announce their final resolution. The UEFA explains that the final date of the decision had to be postponed as the organization and the cities-hosts had to still work on their relations. The decision the UEFA took is based on the experience gained during the organization of this year’s FIFA World Cup in Germany. |
