We already know the preliminary calendar of 2007 sport events which will be held in Poznań.

The most important event is the European Championship in rowing, which will be organized at the regatta course at Malta lake in late September. The event will feature the best canoeist competing over the Championship.
It is highly possible that the Tour de Pologne, the biggest Polish cyclists’ event, will return to Poznań. The organizers of the race preliminarily agreed to have the finish of one of the race stages in Poznań. The same declaration was made by the organizers of the World League of men’s volleyball. This year volleyball enthusiasts could admire their favorite sportsmen in the match between Poland and Japan, which was held at “Arena”.
