International equestrian CSI** competition will be organized in Poznań from 17 to 19 June 2011, where EUR 65 ooo is to be won.
Ten competitions in three rounds, two of them included in the Rolex FEI ranking will take place during the event. A spectacular Poznań’s Derby competition will be a novelty at this year event. It is a combination of a show jumping competition and a cross course.
The participation of numerous experienced Polish and European competitors is a guarantee of an attractive sports show. This year edition of the event will be a celebration not only for keen show jumping lovers. Several attractions accompanying the competition will enable many Poznań families to spend an active weekend among horses. "Akademia Małego Koniarza” (The Academy of Little Horse Fan) - a special educational programme upon participation of Poznań Lancers and riders from Poznań’s horse police department as well as art workshops related to horses have been prepared for children. Special spectacles, including the Horsemanship Academy and stunt men shows will take place between single competitions. A special show entitled „Dzieciaki na start” (Children – Let’s start) will be organized on Sunday. The youngest competitors aged 6-14 will present their equestrian skills. Admission to the show is free.
The competition will take place on Wola Hippodrome, at the entrance to Poznań towards Poland’s boarder with Germany. |
