The English and Swiss teams advanced to Division A of the Men’s EuroHockey Indoor Nations Trophy. The Division B trophy took place a few days ago in Poznan. Apart from England and Switzerland, there were teams from Sweden, Scotland, Belarus, Slovakia, Portugal, and Poland. The matches, which took place in the modern sports hall of the Poznan University School of Physical Education, were attended by over a thousand hockey enthusiasts each. The Division B Trophy was one of the stages in preparation of the EuroHockey Indoor Nations Championships, which will take place in February 2011 in Poznan. |
