Final preparations for the most important sports event of the year are under way.
The World Rowing Championships on the Malta boat racing track will be held between the 23rd and 30th of August. On the start line, we will see the world’s best rowers.
The Malta boat racing track is currently finishing its final preparations for the event. Among others, the construction of a new stand behind the finish line is about to be completed. Hangars, cloakrooms for the sportsmen and the press centre were also modernised and renovated.
Opening celebrations for the championships will have a special setting. One of the most famous trance DJs – Armin van Buuren – will play for the players and guests of the event. |
