In KontenerArt, Poznan?s artistic district in Chwaliszewo (the old channel of the Warta River realisation of a new cycling project, namely free bicycle hire for the city?s inhabitants and tourists. The project aims at promoting healthy lifestyles and encouraging people to sightsee around Poznan during cycling trips.
Bicycle hire is free and will be open from July the 12th to September the 10th, from 9am to 9pm, for use by both the inhabitants of Poznan and tourists. To hire a bicycle, you need only present a document confirming your identity. The hired equipment must be returned on the same day. The project is financed by the Enea energy company and supported by the City of Poznan. |
