Construction works on the Andersia Business Centre (ABC) project have already started.
The ABC is a joint initiative of Von der Heyden Group and the City of Poznan.
The object under construction belongs to the third stage of the development of pl. Andersa. The Andersia Business Centre is a modern business centre with five storeys above ground and two underground (with 170 car parking places) and a surface area of 14,500 m2 . The investment is estimated at about € 33 million, and negotiations with financial institutions continue, although the underground works will be financed by the investor’s own resources.
Future plans by the Von der Heyden Group also include the Andersia Silver project, which is the last stage of the development of pl. Andersa. After its completion, Andersia Silver will be the second highest building in Poznan, at a potential 116 metres high. |
