The BUD RENTAL company, owner of four storage centres located near Poznan, has this time invested in an office building on ul. Główna in Poznan.
Currently, the office building is in a raw state but it is said that it will be completed in June this year. The office building occupies 830 m2, has 3 storeys and an underground car park.
The first floor of the building has already been rented. The remaining surface is assigned for medical services or related industry. The Office building’s architecture will be characterised by a modern look and its interior will be finished up to high standards, including the necessary ICT infrastructure. The owner of the office building is currently looking for people willing to rent the other parts of the building; 293 km2 are available on the ground floor, and 133 m2 and 65 m2 on the second floor. |
