This is already the fourth edition of the scholarship program. This year, in the framework of the "Academic and Scientific Poznań" program, more than 60 people from all over Poland applied for the scholarships which were granted, after the verification by the chapter to 31 of them. Thus, the group of the Scholars of the City of Poznań from all the editions grew to 101 people.

The beneficiaries of the scholarship program are very clever and valuable young people who, in most of the cases, won more than just one title in various contests. In this year edition, the highest number of people took part in the literature, Polish, chemistry, mathematics and historical contest.

Once again, the greatest interest among the Scholars enjoyed the Adam Mickiewicz University, at which 20 students started studying. The Poznań University of Medical Sciences (5), Poznań University of Technology (5) and Poznań University of Economics (1) have been represented as well.
