The goal of lot4eng.com is to improve engineering and managing competence of the employees in the logistics domain by providing access to high quality e-learning materials. Realization of the project starts in December 2011 and it will take 24 months. The basic goal of this project is to improve engineering and managing competence of people working in the logistics domain, that is employees of logistics companies, production and distribution enterprises, coaches, teachers and professors in this domain. As a result, an e-learning course will be developed and made available in the future at the presently constructed platform "lot4eng.com", comprising four modules improving engineering competence (among others automatics, electrotechnics, electronics, mechanics and resistance of materials, construction and exploitation of machines in logistics) and nine modules improving management competence in the domain of logistics (that is analysis and reengineering of information processes, management of projects, introduction to international business, negotiation and intercultural communication). |
