As always, the majority of learners come from Western Europe, but this year also Canadians, Americans and some Japanese learners are keen to grasp some Polish. The course lasts three weeks.

Polish language summer school classes have been run for 14 years and every year a few dozen participants come to Poznań from all around the world, some of them more than once.

The curriculum of the school consists of language courses, lectures, workshops and linguistic counseling for beginners. An intensive language course covers 4-6 hours a day and is run in groups of various level of advancement.

The learners can take part in lectures run in either Polish or English and workshops organized every Friday, where everyone can test their cooking, journalist or theatrical skills, or try singing in a chorus
