Not only students but also beginning entrepreneurs can go abroad, get new practical skills and derive from the best foreign examples. The "Erasmus for young entrepreneurs" project is launched, in which - as one of three institutions in Poland - the InQbator of the Poznań Science and Technology Park of the Adam Mickiewicz University Foundation got involved. Beginning entrepreneurs may spend from one to six months as trainees in an enterprise in one of the European Union countries, which they indicated, involved in the project implementation. The entrepreneur selects both the country and a company where it would like to undergo a traineeship. Two groups of people may take part in the project. The first are those wishing to start business or young entrepreneurs who have conducted their business for less than 3 years. The second group consists of experienced entrepreneurs, running micro-, small and medium-sized companies, from one of the European Union countries, who will declare the will to accept a trainee. However, the willing persons must show professional experience, education and a feasible business concept. Persons interested in going abroad should also have good command of foreign languages, and, above all, present a business plan of their venture. Moreover, a plan of the stay of a potential trainee in a foreign company is welcomed. Via the www.erasmus-enrtepreneurs.eu website, you must fill in an application form. It will go to the InQbator of the Poznań Science and Technology Park of the Adam Mickiewicz University Foundation which acts as an intermediary in contact between beginning entrepreneurs, willing to participate in the project and experienced companies. Candidates for trainees, who successfully pass the recruitment process, will sign a contract regulating the conditions of the trip. What is interesting, the beneficiaries will receive financial support from EUR 560 to 1100, paid every month, according to the country, where the traineeship is to take place. |
