An agreement for the construction of sections of the Poznan Technology and Industry Park has been signed in Poznan. The first stage of the investment will include the construction of one building with the surface area of 7,000 square metres and installations common for all the segments. The construction of the 1st stage will last about 15 months. The entire park will be ready in 6-8 years.
The investment will be funded from the company?s own funds and a credit of PLN 18.4 million (over 4.5 million euros), as well as from EU funds of PLN 12.1 million (ca. 3 million euros).
The Poznan Technology and Industry Park will operate on a dispersed basis: in the complex at ul. 28 Czerwca 1956 r, an office section will open together with a Business Incubator, while industrial and production activity will be based in Żegrze/Franowo. |
